We want all our customers to have a happy shopping experience We shipped the product within 3-4 working days after confirmation of the payment. And delivering time is 2-3 working days also we will update you with tracking details. In case of unforeseen circumstances which is out of control we will notify you at our earliest.
We are happy to offer refunds in case of-
1) A product is damaged in transit or
2) A wrong product is received.
Please let us know about the damaged/wrong product with a description on ‘email@example.com’ within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will revert on your claim in 1-2 working days. And customers may return the Non Used products within 3-4 working days after notifying us. Shipping cost will not be refunded incase of damaged product.
Once your return is received and inspected, it would be upon us to decide for refund or exchange for the product. Customer shall bear the cost while returning the product/s.
Your refund will be issued within 5-6 working days.
Please note the following products will not be refunded or returned:
1) Claim after 24hours
2) Products made to order or customized as per your requirements
3) Products bought under any sale promotions or discounts
4) No exchanges or refunds in case of minor color or design variations as such variations are always present in natural and imperfect stones and are beyond any ones control.
5) For international orders: no refunds or returns are provided- if there are any delivery issues arising from non-payment of any import or customs duty that might be applicable in your country.
